Training Needs Analysis and Learning Design Case Study

This instructional design case study presents the development of a scenario-based cybersecurity training solution designed to strengthen employees’ ability to identify and escalate potential cybersecurity threats. The project demonstrates the full lifecycle of enterprise learning solution development, including needs analysis, instructional design strategy, interactive simulation development, and evaluation planning.
